The Skooter was the plane I was trained on.
My training involved plenty of hair-raising handoffs at first, but I am
glad I learned to fly something that required so much attention.
It definitely taught me finesse in landing. (short tail dragger)
Mine was probably 5+ years old when I got it, judging from the paint and fuel/soak level,
but that old plane, and the KB .40 I bought it with, made for some fun times.
I'd put it in the good "second plane"/ first "aerobatic plane" category, I guess.
I would definitely fly another.
If I ever happen to run across some dimensions, I will anyway
Edit... Forgot to mention that yeah, nobody at my club ever heard of one either.
Either that or they've heard of it but can't recall what it looked like.
