Default Just got off the phone...

Apparently it was the daughter I just talked to, and they're trying to get
Dad to help with some things, so they can get the Skooter II and the Scat Cat 500
into production again. (Setting up, which wood to use, etc...)
The Scat Cat has an almost identical wing to the Skooter II, except the
Skooter wing was about a half inch thicker, I think.

I did find a picture of the Scat Cat... this is what the old Skooter looked like, too:

Well, that's what the skooter looks like, if you enlarge the tailfeathers,
and give it a working rudder. No need for rudders on Quickie 500's.

Found an old Scat Cat on Ebay, too. Still no Skooters out there.

Maybe "Dear old dad" will help them get these kits available again soon.
It'd be a shame to lose these little planes forever.
It's the sort of plane that didn't make you cry if you stuffed it, yet
flew as good as the rest, and better than a lot of them.
