My SKooter II
This is my new Skooter II. I purchased a kit from a member of RCUniverse. I then cut my own foam cores and used the kit as templetes leaving the orginal kit as it was. The wing is sheeted (leading and trailing edge) with 1/16 balsa then I cap stripped between about 2" apart. The out board foam areas between cap strips are then cut out, which really reduced the wing weight. The finish is EcnoCoat, "basmntdweller" I used you covering idea with a little modifications. The plane flies great, using a 25, I'm sure a 40 would really work great.
