Clay, thanks for all of the information but I have another question (for anyone).
Are there any brushed-motor options for this plane? What I would like to do is start off with a relatively inexpensive, brushed power system and move up to a brushless one later.
Maybe something like a GWS 370 or 400 with a gearbox?
