Ok heres flight report.

First flight (test flown by Phil)

One of the bolts thread stripped and was lucky in getting a bolt of the right size off someone, Phil took her out and she took off, did some flying and brung her in when the trim started coming off. Test flown succesfully, very happy. No stall......

Second flight flown by meh

Took off and was astonished how damn good this plane was instantly started rolling going mad etc had ***** loads of fun, AWESOME! Except on a bump in the grass the UC ripped off, huh? That wasnt hard but I am assuming its me more than anything else, ie building.

Third flight

Okay UC fixed and take her up the 15 mph gusts almost fatally crash my plane but luckily I bring her in, no damage

Fourth flight, even more danger

This was the worst one, flying and enjoying myself (alot) when the elevator goes dead. I JUST manage to get her in, UC rips off (f***king wanker!), and upon closer inspection.........the elv joiner has come off.

On the elv joiner the plans and instructions didnt really point out much in the way to use it so I did it how I had seen it before and thats by grooving the balsa deep then glueing them in. I used cyano and it came off in flight. So now I am going to hot glue it (I dont have epoxy) and clamp it as well.

This plane is the best I have flown, shame about the crap that happened.

One other thing, I think a load of fuel got into the tank bay and soaked everything, luky it was proofed but my fuel line hole is the culprit I think....

I am repiaring the UC plate just wish I was a better builder meh......

I spokle to a weston uk display guy and he said the C140 is way better which makes me think...............
