RE: Hinge question
Robarts worked pretty good for me. The problem I ran into using there jig is that it is still hard to get the holes square and straight. Then there is the issue of the bulge near the hinge, you have to enlargen the hole to accommodate it. There is no factory tool for this. So you make do with a dremel. Not exact. Wish Robart would build a high quality jig and hole tool. Think a drill press might be the way to go. I might try something like the Dubro hinges with pins next time. You can run piano wire through the hinges to align it and secure it. Then to remove the control surface you pull the piano wire. Sounds kinda good.
