I have flown both planes (the freestyle is mine). The freestyle gets my vote. In fact, I prefer to fly it over any other plane. The freestyle is better built and a better flier.

The freestyle is what you would call a combo flying plane, which means it isn't the best at 3D, but you won't find anything that will equal it at 3D AND Pattern (although I would like to fly one of those Freestyle Rush's).

If you get the freestyle, also buy the sukhoi .40 landing gear (part #42019) for $10. They are taller, stronger, and prettier.
