The stock long can 480 motor does the plane just fine. Over at the E-zone, a few of the guys have just bought the parts from hobbyzone
for $65. They put their own servos and electronics in and put on Mega brushless motors with 3S lipoly batt packs. Your looking at
minimum 3 times faster. Its an excellent plane for what it is intended for. Hopefully, parkzone will come out with a nice bi-plane that utilizes this power system.
