RE: Flight triming question.
Elevator throw doesn't need to be more than 20 degrees either way. When you add wing weight add it in line with the CG so it doesn't affect yaw. You may have added too much weight. If the roll is more of a problem one way than the other, that suggests a warp in the wing, even though it looks straight. It may be a problem with leadout position, but I don't suppose you have adjustable leadouts. On 1/2A's I have gone to having both leadouts come out one hole.
