ok while i was breaking in my engine, right after the 2nd tank ran empty and the engine shut off because there was no more fuel and after putting in a new tank and trying to start it for 20 mins it simply would not start... like the engine would REV at a stable mannor but everytime i try to get it running it would die out i'd have to pull out that annoying drill to get it started again. i'd here this thing that sounded like a "chime"-"ting ting ting" when i try to accelerate then it would just die out. whats the problem?? do i need to tighten my slipper clutch or something?
