Default RE: Chip Hyde's Cap-X - Building & Flying

ORIGINAL: Strupp22

. BUT THE COVERING......... IS ANOTHER STORY! About half way through my first flight I noticed something flapping in the wind below both of my wings. Two of the red stripes had come off. Has anyone found a way to keep this from happening? (besides the "CA solution" that was suggested). [:@]
I got one of the first ones shipped and have tons of flights on it. Mine had a defect (improper assembly) from the factory and Chip told me that he would send me some covering to cover the repair area. Never happened, I had to get some from NOVAflyer. (thanks buddy!) My red stripes have come off the wing, replacing with Ultracote, The blue is lifting from the leading edge of the wing, CA'd those seams (looks like crap) and the stripes on the sides are coming up too. Plane flies great but I wouldn't do it over again. Too much bucks for what I got in my opinion.
