Hey thanks for keeping up with this. I've had RealFlight G2 for about 9 months now and while learning it was great. Put many many hours into it and now that I'm into 3D I've just been less enthusiastic about G2 than when I first got it and only had FMS to compare it to. It did teach me rolling harriers and hovering/torque rolls though so it wasn't that bad. and I do really like the USB controller, I don't have a problem going from it to my transmitter.

BUT most slow flight physics are pretty far off and now that 3D is all I'm interested in, modding the G2 planes to fly more realistically is just an excercise in frustration. AFP looks a lot better physics-wise and graphically nice enough not to worry about that difference. Maybe I'll do both as well. I have thought about Reflex XTR but at 230 beans sans controller I think I'll pass.

You know, its funny, the differences almost make me think that G2 was written by Microsoft... you know, pretty on the outside but ugly and dark on the inside! haha
