I'll shop online, or do what I usually do, and find an alternative source/material, and pay 1/10th the price.

Whats your problem... Nobody has a gun to your head saying you must shop at Hobbytown USA. If you don't like it go somewhere else for your RC needs. You don't need to come online and whine about how incompetent (sp?) the sails people are.
