Default 1/3 Scale WACO YMF-5 Plans or Kit

I am interested in building a big 1/3 scale WACO YMF-5 and using the RCS 215 radial engine. I see that Proctor and Genesis each have a kit. I prefer to scratch build it from plans but I am still open to the kit. Does anyone know if plans exits for this plane? I see that Dario Brisighella has 1/3 scale plans for the WACO-ARE but I prefer the open cockpit model YMF-5. One option is to use Jim Pepino 1/4 scale planes and blow them up. Has anyone used Jim Pepino plans?

With regards to kits, I see that there is a lot of info in the Genesis kt including the full assembly manual on-line. They even have construction photos at various stages. Does anyone have any experance with the Proctor Kit? It looks like it comes out lighter but the extra weight of the Genesis kit should not effect the way it fly's. One nice feature that is on the Genesis kit is the plug in stab. I am not sure if this is in the Proctor kit. I need to remove the stab if I want to get it out of my basement workshop ha ha.

Thanks for your help.
