James it had an all moving Elevator, Depending on how hard it would be to upgrade, I woud get the elevator machanism from Air Magic, or at least ask Jim and see if it will work with your plane. The elevator servo was located under the main hatch and also served and the brakes when Down Elevator was used. The air would only go to the brakes if the retracts where in the down position (the Brake line was a "T" coming off the gear down air line) Some one crashed one not to long in our club and the tail is still there and in one piece. I know for sure it has at least one if not both of the elevators still on the plane, I don't make that 90minute drive often, but I can check it for you and see if I can get you the elevator linkage.
