Kim,

The elevators and ailerons are set at 3/4" per the plans, The rudder is 1" per plans. Bvm also had a gauge that helped you set the flap and speed board settings. I have no way of scanning plans or manual at this time. You can call BVM and talk to Patty I'm sure she can help with these.
