You will use about 4 times more glow fuel than you will gas. You will develope a little more power, and be able to have a lighter engine than with a gas unit, but for the size engine you are talking about, unless you buy it for about $10.00 or less I wouldn't bother. A bigger Tartan I would pay more for, but not some tiny 31cc conversion.
