What kind of numbers are you getting from your Saito 82? Mine turns a 13x8 prop about 300 rpm more than my O.S. 91 Surpass. Unless yours has a problem, you won't find a stronger 40-size 4-stroke, unless you shoe-horn a Saito 100 or YS 91/110 into your plane.
