I don't know if the 100 is too big, but I am flying mine with a Saito 72 and love it. I bought the 72 before the Saito 80 came out, so I might by the 80 if I were to do it again, but the plane is pretty light and the 72 handles the plane beautifully. BTW: I also am using a 14X4w APC for the prop.
