I apologize that it took me a few days to answer you, I was not trying to skirt this issue, only checking the current shipment of radios before I answered you.

Yes, there were a few of the 7C's in our first shipment that did exhibit the problem that you mention. These were taken care of as quickly as possible, and if there are still any out there that do have this, we will of course make them right. And a prepaid label will be sent to anyone who needs this service.

Please be assured that our current stock does not have any problems and is the same high quality that has always been associated with the Futaba name.

Thank you and Futaba for doing the right thing on the return shipping costs. I am one who has the problem as you saw in my prior post, and you did not post (publically or privately) who we need to contact to get the shipping label. I tried your warranty service yesterday and was denied twice on this, so I don't want to go through that process again. Please post how to get the shipping label. Hopefully you can email or fax us a bar coded label that we can just tape to the box to speed things up..

Also, in a subsequent post you mentioned it is not practical to just send us a replacement TX. To keep our down time to an absolute minimum, will you at least use "next day air" shipping?

I want to get mine shipped today if possible, so an immediate reply is requested. I will monitor this public thread and private mail for your reply, but I think posting here is appropriate for everyone benefit who has this TX problem.
