I just have to add, I think it is a 'choice of words' thing. Be proud. You did something not very easy to do. On the other hand, I have moved around a fair amount, and every club has a story of someone who went out and flew the first day. Cocky suggests a misplaced confidence. Be proud, and have fun with it.
