Hey there brittain. I too have the CF gear on mine. I think I am carrying around too much battery weight, but I am surprised my DP weighs a full POUND more than yours. I weighed on a great scale, accurate to 2/10 oz, and I am at fifteen and a half pounds.

I have seen your plane out at Shoe Factory. You have the Taurus, I have the BME. Even though mine flies great, it bugs me that its a pound heavier than yours.
