Interesting! I will take a look at that. If you realize that the charger false peaked, it's no big deal. I wonder though how many times someone has assumed that they had a full charge?

After thinking about this more, perhaps a single cell has a very low internal impedance, looking nearly like a short to the charger and causing irregularities.
