Default RE: Dave Patrick super cub

Allright gentleman. Like my father was saying the plane has very sluggish ail at slow flight. Personally wasn't use to this so it took me a few to adjust. Plane took off very real like and was a pleasure to fly. Ohh's and ahh's at the show everyone looked like homer simpson looking at it. HEHE . The 160 twin by OS is a very reliable and sound engine for this plane. Has plenty of power and makes for a good sound in the air. The functionong landing gear does do it's job. Had a real good crooswind and somewhat of a hard landing. All was well and the landing gear took all the shock well. Overall I give this plane a 10 for constuction and a 8 for flying. The wing struts which are functional are a bit of a bear since they do cause erratic flight if not properly installed our are a hair out. This we will test for further info. Trimming the airplane was a brezze took 4 clicks of right ail and 3 clicks of up elevator and 2 of rudder for straight flight. Overall fun to fly. This is my dad's kinda airplane SLOW lol!!!!

Here's the pics of the cub and the one I lost this weekend (SAD)
