Phil,
Sorry, for the super late reply. I haven't been on this thread in a long time. I don't think too many folks follow this thread anymore.
To answer your question, I think it's going to be difficult, if not impossible, to find the struts. You could check Horizon Hobby for parts from the Hangar 9 1/4-scale Cub but last time I looked it was "slim pickin's" on those parts still available. Only other options that I can think of are to find some from someone's crashed plane (probably not too likely either - you could look forever). Probably the best option is to try to custom build some of your own. I can provide pictures and measurements if you decide to go that route...
Good luck in your search,
Eric

The Hangar 9 SuperCub windscreen fits. The wing tube also fits, and the landing gear is very close. The H9 cowl also fits. I have the DP Clipped wing with a Valley View RC 40 cc twin for power and she flies really well. With the clipped wings, I cannot verify if the wing struts fit, but I think they are very very close. Good luck!

Phil,
I just ran across the Phoenix 1/4-scale PA-18 Super Cub Model. They offer several parts including a wing strut set. Price is pretty high at $57.99. I have no idea whether they will actually fit or not. The wing span for the DPM is 105.5, if think, the Phoenix model is listed at 107".

Well after frustratingly searching for replacement springs for the original strut design I opted to buy a Robart replacement that uses o-rings. The struts fit like a glove and has plenty of resistance, I’m very pleased. Just need to paint now.

Original struts with substandard springs

New Robart replacement with O-rings.
