Default Brison 3.2 and big props.
Try either a 22x8 Menz-S prop (about 7100 rpm).
Or a 22x10 Mejzlik (about 7200 rpm).

That's what EJB gets with his Brison 3.2 motors.
Works well for planes in the 15-18 lb range.
The Menz would fly a little slower.
