The entire PT series are good fliers. They are great kits as well. As to power, an Irvine 25 is a goodie. AnMVVS 28 would posativly yank that puppy around. Enya makes a good 25. I read the OS 25 LA is actually a decent moter, but that is just what I have read. K&B,Thunder Tiger and Magnum also make decent smaller engines. And lastly I hear that the Norvel 25 is a decent engine. My choice would probably be the Irvine. Good luck with the plane.
