An observation which may be useful :

I have just started assembling my DV, the aileron horn re-inforcing plate is in the wrong place on the ailerons. The plate is a piece of triangular light-ply which corresponds in shape to the triangular foot of the supplied horns. If you centre the horn on the ply plate the bearing in the horn is in line with the servo spline i.e. centre line of the servo, and not parallel to any arm length you care to fit !! with 15mm arms only one screw of the horn bites into the plate. I have installed additional support and re covered the area. Not really a complaint the kit is superb but it could be easily corrected at the factory.

Can't wait to get it flying looks really good and very light.
