Tomandemmy, It does at first with the 140,000 wt oil. I got ahold of some CEN 2000 fluid that is REALLY thick. I think with that it should lift the wheels up off the ground. I will let you know how it works. I think the truck will still pull wheelies even without the lock thing installed. It just depends on the thickness of the fluid.
