Default RE: Recommendations for Micro Electric Helicopter

I got a HB Elite with 2 LiPo's off Ebay from RCExpert for under $300 - that included shipping and everything needed to fly. They are sending me a replacement tail blade that was busted on arrival. So the service is fine. I've had to do a little tweaking to make it easier to fly. I have no RC experience whatsoever so it is a challenge.

One thing I would do though is stock up on replacement blades and whatever looks like it might break. That way when you crash you can just repair and keep flying.
I am waiting for ball-link pliers so that I can fix mine.

I wish there was more info on the net for tuning the hummingbird... The EHBG doc doesnt have anything for the HB.
Wish I could tell you about flying in wind but I am just slowly getting off the ground these days.
