RE: My Sig 110
We mounted the G26 with the stock mount that came with it. To perfectly fit it into the cowl we had to round off the top edges (we mounted the engine inverted) so that it would fit in the cowl with out excess cutting of the cowl. To help isolate the engine vibration we used rubber door stops to help(not sure if it helps but its better to be safe than sorry, vibration seems to be minimal). The plane balanced perfectly with no added extra lead weights. We used a Slimline #2102 Giant Scale muffler made for the G23, the muffler sticks out the side of the cowl 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch, not very unsightly. This engine is almost more than enough, it will climb for what seems like forever (to us). As with us we did not think about compression and our gas tank and for the first few flights it was being collapsed, we fixed that by using a slimline Excel Fuel Filler and Vent, Excellent Product. As for servos we used Futaba 4 S3010 and one S3004 standard servo for the Throttle Push rod. The Spins and snaps we do not know, we really don't want to see this baby go bye bye anytime soon, our good friend says that it should be able to do it.
