You plug one elevator servo into the elevator channel and the other elevator servo into an auxiliary channel. (you need at least a 5 channel receiver) Then you mix the two channels (elev and aux) at 100 percent and reverse the servo in the auxiliary slot....simple! The transmitter does all the work...your receiver just takes the orders and has no idea the aux channel is driving your other elevator half. Your manual should explain this.
