Default Using different wing now-need C of G Help!

I'm using a Nexstar wing now on my Alpha Trainer since I had a crash and the old one is busted. the old wing had a Chord of 11 1/4 " and the Nexstar one is 10.5". the C of G point on each wing is different. the Nexstar wing is placed in the middle of the old wing seat. I'm confused as to how the narrower Chord will affect the position of the C of G. Would I consider it to be a point on the fuse which dosen't change regardless of the wing dimensions? Is it more a point on the wing partly determined by the width of the Chord? I just want the plane well balanced so it's easier for me to control.
