I'll take a stab. You want one servo in ch2. The other in 5 or 6, whichever your radio is using for flaps (6 is usually for flaps on most radio's that I have seen). Then look for the flaperon mix in the programming. Try engaging it. It should enable the second servo. If not try mixing 2&6. Use 2 as the master and 6 as the slave. This may need to be done ( I do not have JR equipment, am not entirely sure). Look in the manual for flaperons. It should have it's own preset mix. As I recall your JR is a decent computer radio. And the mix is in there somewhere
