On JR you need to plug the Right aileron into the ail slot (ch2) and the Left aileron into aux2 (ch6). Then go to your Wing Selection page and turn ON or select the Flaperon Mix.

When you set up the servos for direction, end points, and centers you need to do each servo separately. The dual rates, expo, and mixes will apply to both.
