I've just picked up one of these Katana's in a clean swap with a helicopter, and I have a couple of questions about it.

It came with 2 sets of wings, the older design with a short joiner which have had about a dozen flights with an ASP 108 2s, and they have had no problems (the bloke I got it off said that a few guys were folding these wings in the more extreme aerobatics) And the newer design with the longer joiner (much stronger)

The old wings are immaculate, but the new wings were damaged in freight. Most of the damage is repaired, but there is still a little bit that i'll have to attack to get the wings straight.

Should I bother with it, or just use the old wings?

I'll be running an OS 108 FSR and mostly standard radio (dual ballraced servos on ailerons & elevator, Digital on rudder) so I don't think I'll be going TOO nuts with the 3d.
