Yeah I guess they must have gotten too many complaints about the die cutting. These parts were extremely well cut and except for one board which the density of the wood was bad and was harder then the rest of them. All in all the egdes are smooth and looks much better than the die cutting would. Still I pose the question....why not laser cut the whole thing?
