I have the same plane (Harrier) and I am using Futaba S3010. They are on a 6 volt system, no problems. They put out adequate torque (90 oz. or so) for this plane, and they wont break you either. Tower has em for $24.99. They are pretty fast too, which is equally important if you want your manuevers to be crisp and snappier.
