Update on the CD rom motor. Turns out that one of the magnets was installed in the wrong direction, resulting in a faulty motor and a smoked ESC. Sent it back and am waiting on a replacement. Good news is that while I had everything together, I obtained an AUW on the plane. 7 oz. on the button. So with the projected 14 oz. of thrust it should do the trick. Waiting is not like flying, Joe
