If anyone would be nice enough to look in their manual and tell me what the recommended throws are, I'd appreciate it. I lost my manual somewhere in the pile on my workbench.

Found it. Here it is for anyone else who might be looking....

Per the manual:
Ailerons: 1/2" & 25% Expo 1 1/4" & 45% expo
Elevator: 3/4" & 25% Expo 2 1/4" & 60% Expo
Rudder: 1.0 " & 25% Expo 2" & 45% Expo.
CG for 3D is 4.5 to 4.8 inches from the leading edge.
