Yep. so i bought the associated one with a rechargable sub c and a meter

I had another question. When i take my car's glow plug, and i hook it up to my heater (outside of the engine so i can see the coils)
all but the last few coils glow. Thats not good right? Is that a dead glow starter battery, or a dead glow plug?
