Default Airboat - first timer problem

hi guys

I just got into airboats and made my first airboat from my airplane spares.

The first attemp was great and managed to get the boat floating and moving around fine. Here're the details
a) dimension: 17" (length) x 11" (width) and 2" (height), tapered 45 degrees on front
b) engine: ASP .21 with 8x6 prop
c) the cg is at about 30% from the back

The problem is when I power up to about 40% throttle, the front of boat starts to lift up and down, bouncing of the surface of water as it is speeding. When I further pushed the throttle to about 70%, it lifts up further and flips!!

I tried moving the CG to about 50% of the boat (horizontal) by relocating the engine. No improvement!

Hope to get some help from the experts!!

Thanks!
