When I re-covered my Stick, I took time to inspect the construction. I found one rib that was inadequately glued to the spar and the leading edge sheeting. I put a little CA on it and that was fixed. The firewall, as with many ARF's, was poorly installed. During the original assembly, I added reinforcing with epoxy and never had a problem with it.
