Tell me about it.. small companies have limited resources, personnel and profit margins some are in the red so as to speak: getting promises on a custom order to be shipped based on projected delivery date of parts and production completion dates are some of the factors you might have to consider while dealing with specialty manufactures. I can bet they do their very best which is usually not enough for the typical scale builder who's already set HIS scheduled building project's completion.( I mean no disrespect to any builders out there.)[8D]
