My Cap started it's life with a Moki 1.8 which flew it well, but about a year ago I put a Brison 3.2 on the nose and it's great. My Cap weighs in at about 15 lbs. and has unlimited vertical, and the 3.2 has more than enough power to hover this plane. I am very happy with my engine choice, anything smaller wouldn't be enough, and anything bigger would give you to heavy a wing loading.
