Flat spin
Enter a conventional spin and slowly reverse the ailerons. Some will go into flat with neutral aileron and some will need cross controlling (opposite aileron). A rearward CG will help but be careful. It is possible to get it too tight and have to watch it all the way in. Opposite rudder and some power may help to revover. Try with lots of altitude first.
Some planes will flat spin from inverted better usually due to the rudder not being blocked. When you enter an inverted spin the rudder will be reversed. You will be holding down and either left aileron and right rudder or right alieron and left rudder. Then the ailerons are moved in the same direction (which is actually opposite when inverted).
Yes your 60 size CAP will do it. Another spin the CAP excels at is the knife edge spin. Enter a conventional spin and when spinning change elevaror to full down. The plane will come down with the wing vertical and on the side of the fusealge. Altitude is lost very rapidly so try this from a good height. Recovery is all but instant as the plane has a lot of speed. Add throttle and the spin will increase in speed.
