I have cast polyurethane blades for the Brian Taylor Typhoon, diameter right around 22-24 inches if I recall. I also have a vac formed plastic spinner dome for static to go with it if you are building the Taylor airplane. Here's one of my props on customer Chris Rebidoux's Tiffie.
