I don't know much about the Saito twin you have, but compare it to the 180 single. I had a H9 Edge with a Saito 180 and it flys great!
If the twin is alot heavier I might steer away from that engine. I'am turning a 16 x 8 at around 9400, and my plane weighs about
11.5 lbs. You can use that to compare what you have. It has almost unlimited verticle, and yes it will hover, even though I'm terrible at that.
