Despite my previous remarks, I've discovered several Mac simulators. some of which are quite decent.

The one I like the most is Slope Soaring Simulator, SSS:

It feels increadibly real, flight model is as good or better than that of leading PC simulators.

For helie folks there's RC Helicopter Simulator:

I've tried both sims with USB interface from MileHighWings.com, they work quite well.
