I have used the Robarts, and was wondering to what degree the two are similar. Is quality of manufacture on par with Robart, are they better? Do they weigh more/less?
The VQ struts seem to be made out of cheap steel instead of aircraft aluminum. Quality is not as good as Robarts. The oleos have more play in them and do not move smoothly. In the end, you get what you pay for.
